Refund policy
Waimea Bay will guarantee all our products against manufacturing defect. You may return the product for any manufacturing defect for full replacement. We must receive notice of the defect within 15 days of the sale of the product to the consumer.
We also guarantee all products against shipping damage. If the product has been damaged in shipping or the display box has more than minor damage, the product can be returned for full replacement. We must receive notice of the damage within 3 days of arrival. Waimea Bay has a strict NO RETURN policy for ANY other reasons. All sales are final.
